Refund Policy

At Evin Clinic, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and are committed to delivering high-quality beauty and cosmetic services. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Change of Mind

Evin Clinic does not offer refunds or exchanges for services or products due to a change of mind. Please choose carefully and ask questions before booking or purchasing.

2. Services

Refunds for services are not provided unless required by law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or re-treatment if a service:

  • Was not provided with due care and skill,

  • Was not fit for the purpose you made known to us,

  • Did not match the description provided.

If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the situation fairly and may offer to redo the service or provide an alternative solution where appropriate.

3. Prepaid Packages and Gift Vouchers

Prepaid treatment packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, they may be used for alternative treatments of equal or lesser value if agreed upon by management. Expired vouchers will not be extended or refunded.

4. Products

We do not offer refunds on skincare or cosmetic products unless the product is:

  • Faulty,

  • Unsafe,

  • Significantly different from its description, or

  • Unfit for its intended purpose.

To be eligible for a product return or exchange, the item must be returned within 14 days, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of any prepaid amount. No-shows may also be charged the full service fee.

6. Medical Conditions and Contraindications

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. Evin Clinic is not liable for any adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment advice. Refunds will not be provided under such circumstances.
